Female Alpacas
The award-winning huacaya female alpacas
possess great conformation and soft fleeces that are highly uniform in density, crimp, and luster.
As you can see from the images of the females below, I'm also breeding for
luscious solid colors. Of equal importance is good mothering capabilities, easy birthing,
and adequate milk. Females at Able Oaks Ranch are carefully selected for just these qualities.
My quality dams are bred to superior herdsires. To support you being successful in the alpaca business,
females come with a free breed-back to any of my award-winning herdsires. Each alpaca
purchase comes with a free halter and lead, and you'll get a bag of top-quality feed to transition
them to their new home.

Name: WR Cayuga
Reg.#30336971
DOB: 7/5/2005 COLOR: medium brown (mahogany)
SIRE: AVF Te Deum Reg.#10231 Color: medium silver gray
DAM: WR Bellatrix Reg.#HA-819431 Color: Med Fawn
Cayuga has very dense, soft fleece with good coverage down to her toes. Although classified as a
medium brown, she's actually a rich mahogony. Her father and grandparents are gray, so this girl
has the potential to throw lots of color.
Cayuga is a proven and very attentive Mom, and easy birther with plenty of milk.
She has bred to my silver gray herdsire,
Bulawayo for a cria due in December 2009. Since her own
Dad is also a gray, there's an excellent chance that she will prodice a gray cria.
