Sorry, this package is sold!

Here's your chance to get started ranching alpacas with a 5-in-1 package priced at $28,000. Priced separately, these two bred females and champion herdsire would cost $44,500. That's a savings of $16,500! Money you can keep in the bank for a rainy day, or deploy towards developing your ranch facilities. This 5-in-1 package averages out to only $5,600 per animal!

All the alpacas are unrelated, and the bred females have been bred to unrelated herdsires to maximize your genetic diversity. So if one female has a male cria, you can breed him to the other dam in two years. In addition, if their crias are females -- Wow! what a deal!

This package includes:

  • Starbright, a bred female due to give birth in April 2008
  • Cream dela Cream, a bred female due to give birth in December 2008
  • Enchantment's Luceros a proven 3-time champion herdsire and Dom Lucillio
  • 60 days free boarding to get your facilities set up
  • Free delivery within 300 miles
  • Free 90+ page Get Started Raising Alpacas book
  • 30% down payment and 0% financing for one full year
  • Free bag of feed
  • Free halter and lead for each alpaca

Starbright

Full Peruvian

Service Sire: Snowy Zepher

Name: PHAR Starbright
ARI#-840083
DOB: 10/11/2002    COLOR: White
SIRE: PHAR Centaur     Reg.#8055233 BG
DAM: PHAR Simply Sophette     Reg.#802273 White

This full Peruvian girl has the best fleece of all my females. Her fleece is dense, fine, and crimpy. Her 2007 histogram was AFD22.5. Starbright is a proven and very attentive Mom, an easy birther with plenty of milk.

Starbright has been bred to the full Peruvian herdsire, Snowy Zepher, who has perfect conformation and balance, tremendous coverage and fleece characteristics, and a simply gorgeous headpiece.

Starbright's full Peruvian cria is due in April 2008.

Cream De'la Cream

Dela's Sire: MFI Donovan

Name: Cream de'la Cream
Reg.#30336971
DOB: 7/5/2005   COLOR:White
SIRE: MFI Peruvian Donovan     Reg.#812738 Color: Dark Fawn
DAM: Champa - Chapoco     Reg.#HA-171191 Color: Med Fawn

"Dela" has gorgeous fleece with bright luster, crimp, and soft as butter. Her Dad, Donovan, is the famous official mascot at Magical Farms, an AOBA National show champion and sire to many champion babies. Her grandsire is the equally famous Peruvian Augusto. So her pedigree and fleece are everything you could ever want in a white.

Both her parents are fawn, so a colored cria is a possibility. Dela has been bred to the award-winning herdsire, Coppertone for a cria due in December 2009.

Service Sire: Coppertone

Luceros

Luceros 3rd championship at Houston

Luceros in full fleece

Name: Enchantment's Luceros
Reg.#HA-823258
DOB: 5/11/01   COLOR: Dark Fawn
SIRE: Dom Lucillio (auction record of $400,000!)
Reg.#HA-R183891
DAM: Lanark's Tabitha     Reg.#HA-R809815 MF
Stud price $2000
Sale price: $28,500 Regrettably, I must sell Luceros, as I already own another Dom Lucillio son and retain stud services on another one.

Luceros is a 3-time grand color champion and a proven. His honors include:
  • 2005 LA Deep South Fiber Spin-Off - 1st place Fawn Adult
  • 2004 Houston Livestock and Rodeo Fawn Male Color Champion
  • 2003 AOBA 1st place fawn fleece
  • 2002 Sun City Sizzle Fawn Male Color Champion
  • 2002 TxOLAN Alpaca Spectacular Fawn Male Color Champion

Luceros is the son of the all-time record auction selling ($400,000) Dom Lucillio. Luceros fleece is a rich dark reddish-fawn color that is extremely dense--so dense that very little vegetable matter invades into the fiber. This density extends well under his belly and up his neck and legs. Luceros 2005 clip weight at 4 years of age was 8.8 lbs.

Luceros' fiber has a soft handle and very nice crimp. Luceros has a very sweet disposition and is very tolerant and well-mannered with people. He is also easy to handle and a dream to show. As a herdsire, he is gentle, but persistent and gets the job done. To date, he has produced crias whose colors are true black, white, fawn, and brown. Luceros is everything that I could have hoped for and a wonderful ambassador to showcase alpacas to the public.
